Quality

I sell mostly brand new unused parts, but do have a small amount of used lego. This means it has never been built, or played with and is often taken directly from sealed Lego Sets. New items can contain some hairline scratches as Lego package parts all mixed in together but they should not have any major damage such as dents or chips. Colour will be true as all our Lego is stored in drawers away from sunlight.

Used lego has only been used by me for building displays and as with new lego can be subject to hairline scratches. Please be aware that some colours do change slightly but where this change is obvious I will not sell these parts.

Missing items

This is a small store and I do my very best to ensure the inventory is correct. However, sometimes a set can be inventoried incorrectly which can lead to discrepancies, If an item is missing I will refund the missing item and send you a message to give you the option to cancel your order and recieve a further refund for the total order. However, to avoid too many delays if I have not heard from you within 24 hours, your order will be dispatched in the next scheduled post run.

Shipping

I ship on Mondays and Fridays and cut off for these times is by 11am on those days.

Keeping it simple

I now charge a flat rate of postage

£2.79 and £3.45 for 2nd class and first class large letters.

£4.45 and £4.95 for 2nd class and first class parcels.

Please note sometimes the system incorrectly asigns parcel size and in these cases I will refund to correct the postage.

Tracking

Unless tracking is requested and paid for, I cannot accept liability for loss or damage.. I reserve the right to request tracking for orders deemed at risk of loss or damage, or for orders of a significant value.

Tracking is compulsory for all orders over £20.00

Mistakes

If there is a problem with your order, please send me a message through the website, to enable me to resolve this issue for you. Direct emails can be overlooked.
